You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for refund or transfer.

If you miss your session without notice, or arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

One-time exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies at my discretion.
